- adds a powerful search engine to help delegates find key words
- adds navigation buttons, stylish menus and email response forms
- Burn the output of the Wizard to CD and you're done !

Organise your documents
Getting started ...
- Ask your speakers to send you their presentations as far ahead of
time as possible
- Load the presentation documents to a clean folder on your hard disk
-
Use a separate sub-folder for each speaker, or you could organise
the documents by day, session, subject area, or whatever suits.
Load up their PowerPoint slides, their documents, their images,
their references, their websites ...
-
Use Conference-CD's Templates to create a standard look and feel
-
If your speakers update their presentations, overwrite the old version, run the
wizard again, and produce an updated image in seconds
Process the information
The Conference-CD system now processes your files ...
- Conference-CD-Wizard expands PowerPoint slides to HTML. This lets them
be viewed and searched on almost any platform
- Key information - such as the title - is automatically extracted from
each document
and is displayed in the contents rather than the
name of the file
- Conference-CD-Wizard next scans the documents and
builds an indexed database for super-fast searching
- Conference-CD-Wizard generates navigation buttons to link together all the pages
- Generated pages include a title page with contents, a search page, and an
index
-
Test mode lets you give documents new titles and change
the order of documents in a folder.
- Auto-run files are added to fire-up the CD when inserted
into a Windows computer
- Our next version will add encryption and password support to protect
sensitive information. Activation via the internet will be added for even greater security.
Burn the image to CD

The Conference-CD-Wizard generates an image folder ready to be burnt to CD.

|
... or load to the Web.
|
Use a standard CD or DVD writer to create your CDs, or automate the process with a jukebox burner.
- Conference-CDs auto-run when inserted into a Windows computer
- On-board tools check that the user's computer has the necessary software
for viewing the contents
and tells them where to download free readers if anything is missing
- Using the high capacity of DVDs, it is possible to incorporate very large files such as audio
or video recordings of each presentation
More ...
- Outsource ... we can help you with
- Designing and producing the "burnable" CD image
- Audio transcription
- Simultaneous or automated translation
- CD replication
- Label and sleeve printing

Conference-CD before you buy. The evaluation kit is fully functional but
the number of documents you can process is limited.
See licence and pricing.

Documentation
Simple instructions to get you started, screen shots,
information for the users of your CD,
technical details of working with Templates, and more ...

An explanation of what each licence covers, how to download and purchase.

More thoughts ...
There used to be many reasons why Conference Organisers were reluctant to
produce CDs. Although it is widely appreciated that giving delegates a
useful physical object is a powerful marketing
tool, the work involved can be overwhelming. Many of the issues are discussed in this
interesting note (written by a researcher at Rockhurst University in Kansas).
