By downloading the Development Kit, you agree to the Evaluation Licence

In particular,

  • you may evaluate Conference-CD for 30 days
  • Conference-CD may only be used for internal evaluation
  • The Conference-CD Development Kit may be used on only one computer

    With the Evaluation Licence,

  • Conference-CD-Wizard will only process 5 Files.
  • CDs made with the evaluation version will be time limited so will only fuction for a limited period.
  • CDs made with the evaluation version will only search 60 files.

    Please remove Conference-CD completely from your computer and any web sites if you do not pay for a full version when your 30 day evaluation period is up.

    Upgrading
    You can upgrade from an earlier version simply by installing the latest version over your existing directories.
    Keep a record of your licence ID.

    Installation instructions

    1. If you would like to be kept informed about Conference-CD developments, please give your name and email address.
      Name : Your contact details will remain private and will not be passed on to any other party.
      If we contact you about developments, you will always be given the opportunity to have your contact details removed from our files.

    2. Please help us develop Conference-CD by checking the type of usage you envisage and the important features:
      Seminars (few speakers)
      One-off or annual Conference
      A number of Conferences each year
      Providing links to sponsors or other products
      Other :

    3. In downloading confcdkit.exe (3.3 MB) you agree to the terms of the Evaluation Licence.

    5. If you have installed a previous version of Conference-CD, you can overwrite your previous version with the new, but it is best to delete your previous version entirely. The default Conference-CD installation directory is :
      C:\Program Files\PHD\ConfCD
      We suggest you delete this entire directory before installing the new version. However if you have made any changes to the template, then remember to save them first.

    6. Simply run confcdkit.exe and follow the instructions.

    7. Check you can view the documentation by clicking Start+All Programs+Conference-CD+Conference-CD documentation.

    8. Run the set up tool using Start+All Programs+Conference-CD+Conference-CD-Wizard.

    9. Now follow the Getting started instructions.
