Dynamic-CD supports PHP scripting and ISAPI filters
PHP scripting and MySQL
PHP is a widely-used general-purpose scripting language that is especially suited for Web development, and can be embedded into HTML. The MySQL database server is the world's most popular open source database.

Dynamic-CD now supports PHP scripting and can run MySQL databases from CD without requiring the end user to install MySQL on their machine. To try out running MySQL databases direct from CD, please download our development kit.

    Dynamic-CD and MySQL
    If you are running MySQL as a Windows service, Dynamic-CD will talk to the database via a connection string like : 
    connString = "DRIVER={MySQL ODBC 3.51 Driver};SERVER=localhost; " &_
                "DATABASE=testDB;USER=root;PASSWORD=myPwd;OPTION=3;"
    You will need to install suitable ODBC drivers - "MyODBC-3.51.11-2-win.msi" - which can be downloaded from the MySQL website. To try out running MySQL databases direct from CD, please download our development kit.

    ISAPI filters
    An ISAPI filters (Internet Server API) is a DLL that allows preprocessing of requests and postprocessing of responses, permitting site-specific handling of HTTP requests and responses.
