PHDEmail is a SMTP and POP3 COM component for Windows 98/Me/NT4/2000/XP.
The SMTP object is used to send email messages.
The POP3 object is used to read email messages.
File attachments, web based servers and newsgroups are not supported.

You may use the freeware version of PHDEmail for free, as long as it
is not in another non-free email product.

The retail version removes the notices appended to emails sent.

You may redistribute the freeware development kit freely.

Run the freeware or retail development kit to install the software.
You can uninstall it later using Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel.
