Internationalisation makes CD work in any language.
All template files must use Unicode UTF-8 character set.
UTF-8 can represent all possible characters.
UTF-8 works in virtually all browsers.
The main template file must have a UTF-8 header:
<META HTTP-EQUIV="Content-Type"
   CONTENT="text/html; charset=UTF-8">
All characters in the template files must be in UTF-8:
Use Windows 2000/XP Notepad.
