Build new web page: Run mode

Part of the web page	Hi HelpIndex appears as a part of the web page. The recommended Width is 400 and Height 300.
Icon on web page	Hi HelpIndex appears as a small icon on the web page. The user must click on the icon to make Hi HelpIndex appear in a floating window above the web page. The recommended Width is 70 and Height 80 for the standard icon hi.gif. Pop up straight away If selected, the floating window pops up when the page is first visited. Close after displaying page If selected, the floating window closes after a page is displayed. Min window width The minimum width of floating window. Can be zero, or say 2000 to fill whole screen. Min window height The minimum height of floating window. Can be zero, or say 2000 to fill whole screen.
Width	Enter Hi HelpIndex's width on the page in pixels.
Height	Enter Hi HelpIndex's height on the page in pixels.
Wide layout	With a wide layout, Hi HelpIndex looks better if it is wider than it is high.
High layout	With a high layout, Hi HelpIndex looks better if it is higher than it is wide.
